    Using as much of the source material as you did and the direction you took, I’m not sure you can pull off lumping this in as a horror film. That’s not to say that you didn’t acurately create Spacey into a genuinely menacing force (Trust me, you honestly did. I never saw that potential in his acting before..), but I just think by the end of the trailer you’ve got too much of what amounts to a psycho-thriller or a much more twisted take on the original American Beauty. However, I do applaude your expert use of narration (I love that you stuck to sounbites and scene hopping) and great pacing. Really great job, despite my minor complaints.

    WOW!! definetly more of a psycho-thriller, frikkin spooky uncomfortable… would have been an intense movie had it taken this turn.. NICE!!!!
